The Opportunity:
- Full scope Family Medicine practice with excellent clinical and administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.
- 4-day work week, 1:15 call by week and 6+ weeks off year one provides an excellent work/life balance and time to enjoy living in Metro Minneapolis.

Compensation Details:
- Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to $275-$300K.
- Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation 75th MGMA percentile or better.
- Signing bonus, relocation stipend plus additional incentives.
